This EP features five existential dream pop tunes that were written over the course of four years in various studios, houses, and apartments in San Diego, CA & Portland, OR starting way back in 2019. These songs tap into a wide variety of eclectic influences from the lysergic soaked sixties, to the sparkling neon drenched melodies of the eighties, to hypnotic ecstasy of the underground dance scene in the nineties and culminate into a kaleido-pop paradise that blends sounds and emotions of the modern times with nostalgia of the the pre-iphone era. Many of these tracks dive into the realm of relationships and friendships in the modern age, reflecting on lost loved ones, the overstimulation from the plethora of technology available at our fingertips, and the idea of growing older and feeling alone in the town you grew up in. With a sparkling soundscape, this EP will surely take the listener on a cosmic journey through means of boogie. Hope you enjoy! - Adam
